Are you planning a function and need a venue?

CLUB HIRE REQUEST

Please familiarise yourself with our CONDITIONS OF HIRE below:

AVAILABLE TO YOU:

Audio visual e.g. TV screens, music, microphone etc

Availability times 6pm to Midnight Friday & Saturday nights. If you require days or times outside these hours, please email [email protected]

FEES:

Cleaning/Deposit = $150.00; Mandatory cleaning fee applies to all events
Hire = $0 if your event generates a bar spend > $1500.
If the bar spend for your event does not reach $1500 you will be issued with an invoice for an additional $150.
The hirer will be liable for any loss or damage caused during the hire period

CONDITIONS OF HIRE:

All drinks to be purchased from the bar (includes soft drink), please do not bring your own
Please take all decorations (including balloons) with you at the end of the night.
We do not supply catering. You are welcome to use our fridge in our canteen area. You will need to bring all go your own utensils and serving platter to include tongs, knives and chopping boards etc
We have a strict alcohol license starting at 6pm to midnight
